3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Process

If the return request is approved:

Our courier partner will pick up the product from you.

5. Non-Returnable Scenarios

Complaints without an unboxing video.

Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery.

Products used, worn, or damaged by the customer.

6. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
